Agreement to Terms

By purchasing a ReachDem Card or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our products or services.

Products and Services

ReachDem Card

ReachDem Card is a premium contactless business card embedded with technology that allows instant sharing of your digital profile when tapped against compatible smartphones. Each card includes:

• One physical contactless card in your chosen design, color, and finish
• Access to your personal digital profile dashboard
• Unlimited profile updates
• Basic analytics on card taps

Digital Profile

Your card links to a customizable digital profile. You are responsible for the content you add to your profile. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws.

Pre-orders and Payment

Pre-order Terms

Pre-orders are binding purchases. By placing a pre-order, you agree to pay the full amount at the time of order. Pre-order pricing may differ from regular pricing.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in FCFA. Pricing varies based on:

• Base card: 10,000 FCFA
• Black color variant: +2,000 FCFA
• Glossy finish: +1,000 FCFA

Payment Methods

We accept payment via Orange Money and MTN Mobile Money. Payment must be completed to confirm your order. All transactions are processed securely through official mobile money channels.

Shipping and Delivery

Pre-ordered cards will be shipped within the estimated timeframe communicated at the time of purchase. Delivery times may vary based on location. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery due to incorrect address information.

Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the customized nature of our products:

• Pre-orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement for a full refund
• Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled
• Defective cards will be replaced free of charge
• We do not offer refunds for change of mind after the 48-hour window

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ReachDem Card or associated services to:

• Share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Distribute malware or malicious links
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights

Intellectual Property

The ReachDem name, logo, card designs, and associated branding are proprietary to ReachDem. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without written permission. You retain ownership of the content you add to your profile.

Warranty and Liability

Limited Warranty

ReachDem Cards are warranted against manufacturing defects for 12 months from purchase. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, physical damage, or normal wear and tear.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReachDem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of Cameroon.
